If you prefer a more casual dining experience, why not order a BBQ pack and create your own alfresco meal. Each chalet has its own gas BBQ so you can cook and indulge at your leisure.

Included in your pack is a selection of fresh meats, sourced from our specialist butcher and pre-marinated for you, two freshly made salads of your choice, bread rolls and condiments.

Choose two from the following selection:

• Chicken skewers with either a teriyaki marinade or Portuguese herbs
• Lamb chops, with lemon and oregano
• Hearty, gourmet sausages (two different varieties)
• Rump steak seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and brushed with extra virgin olive oil.
• Seafood skewers in a honey and soy marinade (subject to availability)

• Greek salad with feta cheese and Kalamata olives
• Mixed leaf salad with vinaigrette dressing
• Potato salad with seeded mustard mayonnaise
• Baby spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese
• Penne Pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, goats cheese and green olives
• Provencal salad with boiled egg, tuna and tomatoes
