The Dinner Menu

Make dining a special occasion . . .

Unlike dining in a restaurant, ingredients are sourced freshly and your meal is prepared exclusively for you on the day.

Courses are delivered to your chalet, one at a time. All you need to do is clear the table and open a bottle of wine while you wait. An exquisite experience and definitely worth planning ahead for!

Starters

  • Roast pumpkin and chestnut soup served with a warm bread roll
  • Asparagus sheaves wrapped in pancetta served with a white bean salad
  • Antipasto platter served with Turkish toast
  • Chargrilled prawn salad with sesame seeds, soy and chilli
  • Chicken Tikka drumettes on a bed of green with mint yogurt
Main courses
  • Roast baby chicken wrapped in prosciutto with a leek and pistachio filling. Served with roasted vegetables.
  • Rich fish pie, cream based, topped with potato dauphinoise, served with steamed vegetables.
  • Oven baked rack of lamb encrusted with wholegrain mustard, served with a green vegetable medley and port jus.
  • Harissa pork loin fillets served with a creamy blue cheese polenta (or potato mash) and steamed seasonal vegetables.
  • Eggplant involtini filled with three cheeses and topped with tomato passata. Served with a mixed leaf salad. (also available with chicken)
Desserts
  • Bread and butter pudding served with thick cream
  • Black Forest Tiramisu a decadent mix of dark chocolate, brandied cherries and mascarpone
  • Apple, berry and almond crumble with thick cream
  • Crepes Suzette. Thin pancakes, flambéed in a tangy orange and brandy sauce
