Gift certificates can be valued from $50 to $1500. They can be redeemed against specific items offered by The Peak such as accommodation in a particular chalet, a special package, romantic meals, massages or treatments, or left open for the recipient to decide. Full payment is required at the time of issue. The actual dollar value can be withheld from the certificate on request.

Conditions
All gift certifcates are uniquely numbered and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be transferred to another person with the gift recipient's consent. A reminder is emailed to the gift recipient if the certificate has not been redeemed at 9 and 11 months, however we regret that no extensions can be given past 12 months.
Redemption of vouchers is subject to current availability of the chalets and forward booking is recommended. Unused part-values of certificates are re-issued as new certificates with the unused dollar value, to be used within the original 12 month period.
Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances after issue and only to the original purchaser of the gift certificate. Contact The Peak directly for more details and cancellation fees.
